Windsor Parke Golf course is a public course built in 1995, that is surrounded by residential and retail development. The east end remains undeveloped because the intracoastal waterway is so close it creates a wetlands. The Registry is on the west side of the course. Within walking distance of the Registry is Publix supermarkets, Starbucks coffee house, A tot-lot child care facility, Walgreens drug store, Burger king, Subway, Shell food and gas station, local Italian restaurants and sandwich shops, and many other merchandisers, right across Sutton park drive south. There is also a new Winngate Hotel that should be completed soon.
